It’s All In The Cargo

I found my cargo pants! Woot Woot! This is the first time I’m wearing pants that aren’t made of DENIM in what….180 day!? I know, I’m a bit of a denim whore.

I got these beauties free from work. The boss found them in her office one day and I was the only one who fit them so they were mine. Score! I forgot how awesome they are. Totally bringing these to Italy!

I paired these cargo loves with my A-symmetrical Plum T and light weight Plum sweater. The tones of the colours all work together so nicely.

Black accessories were a must, so I went with a black wrap leather bracelet, black beaded necklace, black braided belt, and my black sandals.

I love this outfit.

My Boyfriends In Town

My Boyfriend Jeans that is! Today was a much better day at work, and everything went along smoothly, which makes me happy.

This outfit is pretty cute in my books, I just don’t like all the bulk around my hips. The thickness of the BF jeans and the length and flow of the tank just don’t blend well.

Ah well, we live and learn.

I took my Kersh A-Symmetrical tank and layered it with a ribbed tank. I paired it with a cropped sweater from Off the Wall, and my BF jeans of course. I also opted to wear my Birkenstocks. Woohoo! I love those shoes.

I also wore my purple jewelled cocktail ring that matched oh so nicely with my purple sweater.

I heart the elements of this outfit, I just wished they all went together better.

The Black Stripes

So it’s Monday, but I technically didn’t have a ‘weekend’ so I don’t really know what day it feels like today.

I left my suitcase in a giant pile in my bedroom and probably won’t get to it until tomorrow night. Oh well.

I still feel behind the 8 ball today, so I was lazy with my outfit choice. I was way stressed this morning over what I was going to find when I got to work. Mild crisis, solved by the end of the day. Thank God.

Back In Van City

Having a very bad face day. I totally just want to go to bed and watch TV.

The plane ride back wasn’t too bad, but I sure am glad to be home.

LA is fun, but home is funner.

Beachy Keen

Well, it’s not as sunny as expected, but it’s still a beach in Malibu which is pretty damn awesome.

I finally got to put on some beachy wear and run around with my feet in the sea.

Where These Taken At Sears?

Hahahahaha. It’s so true.

This is what Friday in West Hollywood looks like during ‘lunch break’ at the apartment. We got all our appointments done with first thing in the morning, so now we can spend the afternoon doing some shopping for ourselves and the store. It gets to be a bit exhausting, but it’s still fun!

I decided to wear my newly purchased Birkenstocks today since I am so excited about them! I will have to take good photos and post them on here. They went perfectly with today’s outfit.

Just A Little Extra for Today

I’ve had this outfit in mind for a while and decieded to debut it tonight at dinner.

Two white Plum tank tops layers. One fitted ribbed one and a looser, flowy one. I paired them with my grey jeans and my favorite chunky orange necklace.

A really easy look, but it’s fun, and people love staring at my giant orange necklace!

Cheers to good food and good outfits!

Dress Weather

I love this dress, but I definitely need to shorten it a tad.

It was great to finally get to wear some of my summer dresses. This one is from Plum and I bought it a few Summers ago I think. The bust area doesn’t fit me great, but it is easy to layer it with a tank top and it looks great!

I wore my sandals all day, but they were killing my feet with all the walking we were doing, so I had to switch to the flip flops.

There’s a lot of print going on, so I just wore my long wire heart chain necklace.

I think dinner deserves an outfit change.

So here I am, in LA, in our little rented apartment.

I always think it looks so galmorous when people get on a place and look amazing. When they aren’t wearing sweats and comfy clothes. That’s what I attempted today. Attempted being the key word.
