Midweek Mishaps

Things are slowly coming together. I decided to clean out my whole closet and get rid of a bunch of stuff, which I was not expecting to do. There wasn’t really much to get rid of, but just enough to make room for the last few Fall purchases I have waiting for me on my rack at work. I have my closet organized down to a science. I need to otherwise I would find nothing. It pains me how small it is.

Chad has also decided to start going to the gym a few times a week, today being one of those days. The kitchen table had to take my photos for me cause I didn’t want to wait around for the husband to get home. I need to find a better solution :S

I think today’s outfit had potential, but I’m not feeling it. I need to invest in some new flats, which I really think I am going to do this weekend. I have a very poor selection.

The striped top I got from The Garage, but there is something about it that I like, yet don’t like. I can’t put my finger on it. I kept it simple by pairing it with a black Ribbed Waist Cardigan from Kersh. These babies sell like Hot Cakes each year at Plum. They are such a great investment.

I wanted to do a big scarf again, so I grabbed the shawl I wore for my cousins wedding and knotted it around my neck. Seemed to work pretty well.  As for my Mavi Jeans, they are in desperate need of replacement. The only reason I keep wearing them is because they are the only pair of boot cut jeans I own that I can wear with flats. The are dying very, very quickly. I have to stop torturing myself by wearing them.

The bracelet I got was a pretty cool purchase I made in Italy at a store called OVS. It’s pretty popular over there and has a lot of cute things.

Day 255-1

The Sunday After

I really should not have had that 3am double cheeseburger. My stomach did NOT like it.

Today I am ruined. At least I got the laundry done!

Jeans and a hoodie, a cup a tea and an awkward face. That’s what today consisted of.

GO ME!

La La La

I only got dressed today for 2 seconds to pop out of the house and then come right back.

We did nothing today. Saturday recovery more like.

These jeans officially need to retire, but I have no flared jeans to replace them so I will continue to wear them and complain. Ha. Fall Jeans, where are you!?

It’s all very grey and basic. Plum T & Cardi. Gifted Scarf, Mavi Jeans, Flats & a Purse.

I’m going back to the couch and TV.

I Ain’t Doin’ Nothin

Friday we got home at 4am.
Saturday we  got home at 2am.
Today, I am not doing anything.

Well, thats partially a lie. We did go out for an hour walk, and we did go to Church in the evening, but other then that, NOTHING!

This was about as much effort as I wanted to put in to today’s outfit.

Lazy Day Equation

Kersh Sweater + Band T + Tank Top + Mavi Jeans = Perfection

The Plaid Bunch

The weather is suppose to change, and this time, I actually believe them.

This outfit is way to Fall to wear in Summer, but the flip flops are my excuse as to why it works.

I was also pretty lazy today.

Hopefully Summer will arrive tomorrow.

Mavi Plaid 3/4 Sleeve Top
White Ribbed Plum Tank
Mavi Jean
Flip Flops

At least the flowers look pretty!

Today Is Not A Good Day

I had a horrible sleep last night, and I’ve felt sick all day today. My body is very sensitive to sleep and gets physically sick if I don’t get enough.

I ate 3 skittles and my stomach actually rejected them. Who does that!?

At least I was physically able to get dressed to go out for an hour, though I did almost die.

I found my most favorite Kersh ‘old man’ sweater in my closet. Actually, the fact that I found it is a lie. I see it every day, but for some reason, always opt for a hoodie instead, if I’m just laying around the house. I miss this sweater. It is the softest thing in the world. I heart it a lot.

Kersh Oatmeal Sweater
Horse T!
Mavi Jeans
Socks!

Cozy Cozy Cozy, considering it rained all day today and was friggin cold. THANKS JULY!

Anyways, I’m going to go back to loving my old man sweater.

Day 171

Day 171-1

I Should Be Sleeping

After a day of rafting and an evening at Roosters today is a day were nothing should be done. Even if I wanted to do something I wouldn’t have been able to.

After going out for breakfast with the Bride to Be I came home and went staight for my PJs and the couch.

The only reason I actually dressed today was to go to dinner at the Parentals for Fathers day.

I couldn’t have been bothered to put an outfit together or wear make up – Sorry Dad. Ha.

Jean, T, Hoodie. It’s all I had strength for.

I’m Not Actually In The Army

It’s another day. This week is going to be insane. Like I’ve said, too much to do, not enough time for fashion.

Today I will admit that I was especially lazy.

It’s been pouring rain again and so because of that I feel like I need to bundle up but then I go outside and it’s not actually cold. Ugh this WEATHER. It’s never ending disappointment.

But anyways…

Black Long Sleeve from American Apparel
White T from Forever 21
Army Jacket from Bluenotes- Bought this about 5 years ago and was obsessed with it FOREVER. It fits amazingly and I have a soft spot in my heart for anything camo/army, but in a classy way, not a white trash way…Plum actually used the style and shape of this jacket and did their own version last year. Pretty cool!
Mavi Jean
Chuck Taylor’s

If it was 2005 again, I would most likely look exactly the same as this!

I Feel Like Poo

Just in case you wanted to know. Today is a day of not feeling well. I blame mother nature.

I’m kind of dying as we speak so I’m going to make this short.

This whole November weather carries on and I was super cold when I woke up, so I reached to the back of my closet for my old Plum hooded knit pull over. Back in the day Plum use to produce it’s own sweaters, then they stopped for a few years. However, coming this Fall they are actually reintroducing a new like of knit sweaters which are beautiful! Anyways, back to my sweater. It’s brown and black (I know) with a kangaroo pocket and hood. It’s very cozy and worked perfectly for the ‘winter’ weather we faced today.

I wore the sweater over a white t and kept myself extra cozy with scarf I also got at plum.

Mavi  jeans and checkered vans completed the look.

I really hope Summer and feeling better finds me soon!

Stained Glass Fashions

Kind of a basic, ho-hum, outfit today. It’s a Wednesday, I’m kind of feeling poopie, plus I am stressing myself out with work and trip planning. Ha, it’s a 3 day weekend get away and I’m stressing myself out over it? How does that make any sense.

This fun blue stained glass T-shirt is from one of our printed T companies that we buy from in LA. These t-shirts are hugely popular in our stores and always sell out. Most of the designs don’t appeal to me, but this one really caught my eye, and I love the print and colours on it. The fabric is light, airy, and somewhat sheer, so I always wear a cami underneath.

I’m in Jean limbo right now and basically hate every pair of jeans I own, except of cours my leggings. I had to resort back to an old pair, a falling apart pair. I need to figure out my jean situation and stop complaining about it.

I wore my big Kersh cocoon sweater, even if it does make my butt look big, I still love it.

Flats and a heart on a chain, and you’ve got a basic Wednesday outfit.
